The redesign of an existing website to match the YBS culture to that of their customer. Introducing a greater social platform and storefront
This was a pet project I did as a favor for a friend, who owns YBS Bicycles. The redesign of the site, features a much richer experience, including a single flowing page with a fixed menu and anchor points and expandable components. The new site design sells bikes and accessories through its improved eStore and offers users opportunities to return to the site for social events and opportunities, through a localized YBS calendar and related social feed.
The goal of the new design was to elevate the brand and help customers feel more engaged with the brand through local venues. Also offering greater opportunity to take part in the varied experiences through lifestyle imagery and an expansive
breadth of product related cross-selling opportunities.
