Myopia Challenge

The redesign of the Myopia Challenge is a gamified questionnaire that helps parents assess the risk of their children having Myopia (or near-sightedness)
Role: UX / UI design and research lead
Timeline: 1 month (2 Sprints)
Tools used: Sketch, Zeplin, Illustrator, Photoshop
The original format for this had no real design. It was a bland in-page questionnaire that was getting very little response from users and needed a complete refresh. While most of the questions remained the same, the format and design was renovated and custom artwork created, to give this quiz new life.
ARTWORK
In order to make the Myopia Challenge more engaging to users a gamification process was employed and illustrative artwork was created to bring a childlike atmosphere to the questionnaire.

I created faces and artwork in Illustrator, imported it into Sketch and later created separate image files for development.

SCREENS
Screens were built in three breakpoints in mobile, tablet and desktop.
