4 PATIENT CARE
POSTAL - INTEGRATED DIRECT MAIL TOOL

New approach to UI for an integrated marketing tool. Allowing users to customize postcards and eventually additional marketing products.
Role: UX / UI design and research lead
Timeline: Ongoing (initial timeline 2 months (4 Sprints)
Tools used: Sketch, Protopie, Zeplin, Illustrator, Photoshop
As part of 4 Patient Care's site updates, the team decided they needed a fresh look and redesign of functionality to relaunch a more robust user-centric version of the direct mail campaign(s) interactive tool. I worked with the new name of the project; creating a logo, identifying and researching "Best in Class" examples of flow structure, with my greater plan to build out an infrastructure capable of housing 4PC's additional (marketing tool) digital products.

I combined the basic flow and structure of MailChimp with influences from other best practiced interface designs. With the team, I decided to offer limited color choices and fonts, while adding enhanced functionality for users and creating a true self-service product and process, that was a major improvement over the formerly clunky process.

4PC lit up when they saw some of the preliminary design mocks exclaiming, "This is a true game-changer."
